We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Exchange Policy There is no exchange policy as per customer's liking or disliking of the product since all outfits are made to order for our esteemed customers. An exchange will only occur in the unlikely situation that we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, and only in the event the purchased goods is unused and undamaged by the customer. Made-to-order and bespoke items of clothing as well as un-stitched fabric do not qualify for return, exchange or cancellation in case of absence of any defect.

Non-Exchangeable Items Discounted or clearance sale items. Customized or handmade items (unless damaged or incorrect). Products damaged due to misuse or wear after delivery.

RETURN POLICY: All orders are final, and non-refundable, but you can exchange in an event where an incorrect item has been mailed to you. We can only exchange the purchased items subject to product and size availability. Any exchange/returns should be brought to our notice with one-week of the receipt. Any claims made afterwards would not be honored.

REFUND POLICY: All sales are considered final. There are no monetary returns, but can be exchanged for products of equal or higher value. All formals or bridals due to non-payment are not eligible for a refund. The customer is provided 7 days notice to pay. No refund of the advance payment.
