Delivery Policy

  • We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time is 5 – 10  working days after order confirmation.

  • International delivery time is 15 – 30  working days after order confirmation.

  • Custom or made-to-order outfits may require additional production time.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during sales, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions).

  • Orders are dispatched only after successful order confirmation via Robo Call or Manual Call Or Email or on WhatsApp confirmation message.

Important Notes

  • Delivery charges of exchange at doorstep (Rs. 250) are non-refundable.

  • Customers are advised to check the parcel at the time of delivery (where applicable).

  • Chenille Official reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
